But despite this I thought it was difficult to care about Pete because of Reggie's incredibly funny personality. My favourite character is Reggie because he has a different, less reserved personality than the rest of the characters. It really sets itself aside from other books through laughter which really made the book quite more enjoyable and enticing. Something I enjoyed about this book was the humour. Reggie and Pete embark on a venture out in the outermind trying to find a solution and a way for Pete to get back home travelling through various different timelines such as Ancient Greece and the Vikings. Pete explains how time froze and how he was bored out of his mind. ![]() Pete gets bored out of his mind transporting him to a different world where he stumbles upon a dinosaur called Reggie who welcomes him to the Outermind.
